Steaming pile of crap

I can not believe how many features do not work on this software.
I does some things well. But when it doesnt, it simply does not work. I do not think this company has a QA department. Let me give you a couple of examples:
- Print playlist command - It does not work and it renders the menuing system useless - you need to restart the application
- Import files automatically - It just does not work. You almost always end up with an empty library

Among the very few things that work well are the mixing and the control you have over you mixes. For that I gave two start instead of one.
